Quality management in health and social care
Health and social institutions are often required by law or by stakeholders to manage quality, even if certification of the QM is not always required, but quality management is also a useful tool for organizational management.
It serves the systematic definition and improvement of processes and clarifies responsibilities, work processes and serves the transparency of the processes in a system (hospital, Spitex, home furnishing etc.)
In the QM pilot process descriptions can be represented with the help of a flow chart and all necessary documents and Information can be linked directly to the process description. In this way, all necessary information and documents are available quickly and easily in everyday life. Quality management should never be seen as a pure fulfillment of duty. Only when it is understood and lived can it bring the desired benefits.
With the QM-pilot, a standard-oriented quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 can be set up.
