Qualitymanagement for public administration
Authorities and public administration institutions are increasingly faced with the challenge of defining processes, standardizing documents and recording risks for an internal control system (ICS).
Quality management is then a useful tool for organizational management. It serves the systematic definition and improvement of processes and clarifies responsibilities, work processes and serves the transparency of the processes in a system like the public administration.
In the QM pilot, process descriptions for the administrative area and authorities can be displayed using a flow chart and all necessary documents and information can be linked directly to the process description. Risks can also be recorded, described, assigned to individual process steps and evaluated using a comprehensive reporting system. This also enables the establishment of an internal control system in the financial area. In this way, all necessary information and documents are available quickly and easily in everyday life. Quality management should never be seen as a pure fulfillment of duty. Only when it is understood and lived can it bring the desired benefits.
With the QM-Pilot a norm-oriented system according to ISO 9001: 2015 or other norms can be set up.
